Do you have insurance?

Yes, we do! Clink ‘92 carries general and liquor liability insurance. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, rules or regulations, we are more than happy to jump into the conversation!

We are a Limited Liability Company, and all of our staff members carry Food and Alcohol Certification, ServSafe Management and/or TIPS certification.

We can provide our business license and COI (proof of insurance) to your venue if they require additional documentation.

What size is Magnolia?

Magnolia is 12 ft. long with the doors closed, and 15 ft. if you want the doors propped open. She is 8 ft. tall and 8-10 ft. wide with the awning + back shelf open!

She can serve in indoor and outdoor environments, our biggest request is for the most level ground as possible.

What about rain?

We recommend looking into tent coverage if your event is planned for outdoors, as an inclement weather back up. Your trailer rental is a rain or shine booking- so we will serve at your event regardless of weather!

What are your travel restrictions?

We include complimentary travel for up to 50 miles from the zip code 15101. We do travel anywhere in Pennsylvania as well as North East Ohio.

Pennsylvania rentals: $1 per mile past zip code 15101 (calculated both ways)

Ohio Rentals: $200 out of state travel fee

Who Provides the Alcohol?

You do! Due to licensing in the State of Pennsylvania, we are not allowed to supply (sell) alcohol or obtain a liquor license for a mobile vehicle. This means we are a dry-bar for hire.

We are however, insured to serve the liquor from our trailer that you provide! Our team will assist you with recommended quantities and bar lists to make sure you are covered from A to Z. Or you can provide the alcohol, and out team can provide everything but the alcohol!

This means we can serve alcohol at private events, where drinks are free to guests (birthday, wedding, shower, corporate event, etc.) but in order to service public events we cannot sell alcohol (farmers markets, fairs, etc.). This does mean no cash bars for private events.

Do you need power?

We request power if possible, looking to be within 100 feet of a plug in of at least 120 volt. If power can not be provided, Clink ‘92 owns a quiet generator that can be added onto your package for $75.00.

Do you have entertainment options?

Yes- we do! Our team can assist with a sound system, a microphone, and tons of fun yard games : Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, Ladder Golf, and Horse Shoe Toss.

Will I be able to taste my food and beverage selections prior to my event?

Of course! You will get a Food + Beverage tasting and Planning appointment, where we will work through signature cocktail choices, menu selections, chalk board design and décor packages.

When + how do we book?

As soon as possible! Weddings and large corporate events tend to begin bookings 1 year out, and casual family bookings around 6-8 months out. As we only have one trailer, it is first come, first serve. We are just now booking 2023 & 2024 dates.

Your first step is to inquire and receive a quote for service. If everything looks like a good fit, we will have you sign a contract and 50% non-refundable retainer to officially secure your date.

We will complete your tasting, planning appointment, sign design and décor appointment about 3- 6 months out from your event date.

Remaining balance is due 1 month out from the scheduled date.
